Seeking a newly registered associate MFT to join my private practice in Redondo Beach, CA. Looking for a full time employee who is looking to build their caseload up to a minimum of (16 clients/week) for both in person and/or online sessions.

Must have a registered associate number and interest in working with teens. Experience working with teens is a plus. Most of my referrals are for teens so I am looking for an associate who is passionate about helping teens. I will provide referrals throughout the relationship, however my goal is for you to use my clinical support, business mentorship and supervision to generate your own referrals and learn the ins and outs of growing your own private practice.

Ideal qualities in candidate:

Passionate about building a private practice
Willing to take initiative/self starter to market and grow your own client caseload
Interested in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, codependency, trauma, family conflict, and/or individuation is a plus
Interested in training in the Gottman Method and/or EMDR is a plus

Position includes:

Support to help you build a flourishing practice that will transition into your own private practice once you are licensed and ready to be on your own.
Guidance with networking and marketing within the South Bay community.
Access to client referrals through supervisor.
Access to office suite including amenities.

Must live locally/ within driving distance of the office to meet for weekly supervision and client sessions in person twice a week at minimum.

Pay: % fee split per client session. Average of $60-$90/ hour
