I am looking for a newly registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join my private practice located in Redondo Beach, CA. The position is full-time and requires the ability to see clients in-person at the office at least 2 days per week. The role includes the use of a private office space for in-person sessions and weekly on-site supervision. As an associate in my small private practice, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other Associates and licensed clinicians working in the office suite. I also offer my associates support with professional development, networking, marketing and any other skills needed in order to grow a successful private practice. Associates in my practice will have the benefit of building their own caseload and will learn how to generate their own referrals.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Registered as an AMFT by state licensing board
- Must be self-driven and passionate about working in a private practice setting
- Must live locally and/or within driving distance to the office to attend weekly supervision and scheduled sessions in-person at least 2x per week.
- Must be willing to work with adolescent and teen clients
