Job Description

SUMMARY Responsible for direct therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their parents/caregivers, and individual adults, and documentation thereof. Attends staff meetings routinely as scheduled and participates in professional supervision in line with BBS/BOP standards. Provides professional services in the clinic or community as needed to achieve client outcome goals. Collaborates with all internal and community partners and providers in the best interests of the client. Adheres to all agency policies, including productivity targets and documentation requirements. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Master’s degree (M.A.); in social work, psychology, education or related health services • Registered Associate or Intern BBS number required • Demonstrated experience in work with children, teenagers, and families • Valid Clinical License or Registration within the State of California • Valid California Driver’s License (CDL) PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS • Licensed MFT, LCSW, or Ph.D./Psy.D., or related discipline • 5 years direct experience working with children, adolescents, and families • Experience with evidence based clinical practices • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) • Standard First Aid
