We just opened a second Animating Principle location in Montrose (Glendale area) where we provide art, individual, and group therapy to all ages. Looking to hire multiple Associate Therapists to work under the supervision of Britney Holthouser, LMFT (Lic #102221). Must have strong writing skills, work effectively with children and teens (or willingness to learn in that area), be a self-starter, and be passionate about providing quality therapy services. This is a good fit for someone interested in learning how to build a successful private practice from the ground up and launching a successful private practice career. This would not be a good fit for someone looking for a 9 to 5 salaried position. In-person availability is a must. We prefer someone local, as frequent trips to the office will be necessary. As part of the selection process, candidate must be willing to demonstrate live or recorded clinical and documentation skills. This is a highly competitive position in a unique and awesome office space. Must be a strong candidate in order to apply. $30 to $50 per clinical hour, with room to grow in pay and hours. We also provide paid onboarding and training for the first few months to help financially support Associates while they build their caseload, using our already-built marketing, networking, and referral systems.
