Coastal Turning Point invites applications for qualified clinicians to work with those who struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues in Santa Cruz County. This individual will provide professional behavioral health services including case management, rehabilitation, individual, family, and group therapy and counseling to identified adults and children with mental, emotional, and/or substance use disorders.
This position requires evening availability at least 3 evenings per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) from 6-9pm, if you are not available for these times please do not apply.
Requirements for employment are that one be either a licensed therapist (MFT, LPCC, LCSW) or a licensed track intern. This person will be facilitating group, meeting with individuals for intake, assessment, treatment planning, individual, and family counseling. Some of the clients will be part of one of our Intensive Outpatient Programs and therefore accessing a number of different resources within the agency, others will be seen for Individual, Couples, or Family counseling much more like seeing clients in private practice.
This is a part to full time position, however, it will start as part time and grow over time with the possibility of it being full time within 6 months.
