We are recruiting for a part time Counselor in our Atascadero clinic to work Mondays 10:30 am — 7:30 pm and Tuesdays through Thursdays from 11:00 am — 7:30 pm.

Qualifications

Possess knowledge, skills and abilities as it relates to:

•The evaluation of patients, treatment planning, and counseling services.
•The use, abuse and treatment of illicit drugs and addiction.
•Organization and time management.
•Communication skills both written and verbal.
•Professional demeanor and customer service practices.
•Competence with use of computer and with Microsoft Office.

Required: A Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Psychology or Social Work, or an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling or currently in an MA Rehabilitation Counseling program. Also accepting MFTi’s, MFTt’s, ASW’s. AOD certified candidates are also encouraged to apply.
