Rancho San Antonio, Residential Treatment Center for delinquent adolescent male youth, has an immediate opening for a Social Worker. The Social Worker is responsible for a caseload of 9 residents and is required to oversee the implementation of services for residents and their families, as well as work closely with outside agencies such as Probation. Must have strong organization, time management, and communication skills. Other skills required are solid writing and computer skills and good understanding of working with low-income families. Also must be able to work some evenings and weekends. Bilingual a plus.

QULIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
M.A. or M.S. degree in counseling with capacity to become licensed by the BBS (MFT, MSW). Clinical supervision available. All applicants must have a valid CA Drivers License, insurance, and acceptable DMV record. All applicants must successfully complete a Criminal Record Clearance, a Physical, and a TB Test.
