California Psychcare, Inc. provides behavioral intervention for individuals with developmental disabilities of all age ranges and with a variety of behavior concerns. CPC is currently in need of qualified program coordinators to work in surrounding Long Beach, Whittier, San Pedro, and Downey areas.
Program Coordinator (Level 3) $18+/ hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultation to families and instructors.
- Create and oversee skill development programs and behavior treatment plans.
- Overlap with staff to ensure all data is collected accurately.
- Provide training and support to parents of individuals with special needs.
- Complete quarterly progress reports for assigned caseload.
- Collaborate with management team to further enhance quality of services.
- Conduct assessments as assigned and required.
- Ensure that all hours are provided to the families with few or no cancelations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or in progress) in ABA, education, psychology or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent Clinical and Leadership skills
- 1 year supervision experience including:
- Evaluation of staff with respect to clinical programming, administrative tasks, direct therapy, and parent training skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills
- Currently enrolled in or has a desire to enroll in ABA classes
- Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and professional composure
- Comfortable working in homes
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, family members, and agency’s staff
- Reliable transportation
