Summary
The Behavioral Health Therapist assesses and evaluates the psychosocial needs of the patient and family to determine treatment goals and interventions. Facilitates group, as well as individual and family, therapy for adolescents struggling with emotional, behavioral, and substance issues. Conducts thorough psychosocial assessments to identified appropriate treatment goals, and assists in the coordination of treatment and aftercare planning in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Sharp Mesa Vista’s child and adolescent treatment programs offer hope and professional expertise, and are carefully designed to offer treatment to young people and their families in crisis. We treat children and teens with depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, self-harm and aggressive behaviors.

Bilingual Crisis Clinician – Mobile Response Team

Seneca’s Mobile Response Team supports youth who live in Contra Costa County and have Medi-Cal or are uninsured. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinicians on the Mobile Response Team provides in-person and phone crisis counseling and stabilization, and assess the need for hospitalization.
