Looking for trainees/associates that are dedicated, ethical and enjoy working with at-risk and under-served children, adolescents, and families. This is an unpaid volunteer position offering great supervision, a flexible schedule, and the potential for gaining a significant number of clinical hours.
Therapists will gain the following:
- Clinical experience providing therapy to diverse age groups (children, adolescents, and adults) with a variety of diagnoses.
- Build upon therapeutic skills using individual and family treatment modalities.
- Opportunity to increase knowledge on trauma informed care.
Qualifications:
- Must be in a Master’s Degree program or have obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) or Social Work.
- Must be willing to drive to clients’ homes to provide the therapy services.
- During the pandemic, sessions will be held using Telehealth.
- Due to the need of the population we serve, Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
