Seeking an amazing associate clinician (AMFT/ACSW) to join my virtual private practice based in Torrance, CA (all virtual/telehealth)! Clinician must reside within close driving distance to Torrance for occasional meetings.

My practice specializes in working with high achieving adults with anxiety, family of origin attachment wounds, cultural intergenerational trauma, burn out and imposter syndrome. My interest is hiring a highly skilled, culturally sensitive therapist with strong competency in working with various Asian American backgrounds and clinical competency in the POC experience.

*Looking for a highly motivated, self-starter and must be able to take initiative to network/market to grow their own client load, has strong desire to learn and grow their business, shows interpersonal strength, clinical skills and some training in a therapeutic modality or interest in a specialty.

*Must have experience working with and be able to hold a mainly adult population client caseload, experience with teens is a plus. I will provide generous referrals, however the expectation is to generate your own referrals while providing you plenty of clinical support, business guidance and supervision. Our practice offers a relational and supportive environment for our clinicians!

Pay: % fee split will be offered per client session. Must be on board to see minimum of 20+ weekly client appointments.
