This is a unique position for a very specific candidate.

Dr. Courtnay Meletta, LPCC, LMHC is hiring a part-time or full-time California registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) who is interested in building clinical hours in a private practice setting with a holistic, somatic, depth-oriented team.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is either eager to begin private practice or already has some experience in private practice and wants to grow within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You are someone who:

• Has a background or strong interest in somatic psychotherapy, holistic mental health, trauma work, depth work, mindfulness, yoga, spirituality, or integrative healing
• Is a self-starter and feels excited to network, market, and participate in building your caseload
• Understands that private practice growth requires initiative, consistency, and relationship-building
• Is comfortable working on a commission-based structure
• Enjoys being part of a thoughtful, creative, clinically engaged team
• Has a warm, grounded, responsible, and collaborative attitude
• Is open to feedback, self-reflection, and exploring countertransference, clinical blocks, and your own developing therapeutic voice
• Wants to grow not only as a clinician, but also as a private practice therapist

This position offers no fixed growth ceiling. As your caseload grows, your income can grow with it.

You will receive paid clinical supervision from Courtnay Meletta, PhD, LPCC, an integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and educator specializing in somatic psychotherapy, trauma, mind-body medicine, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, humanistic and psychodynamic therapy, depth psychology, and holistic mental health.

Supervision is collaborative, warm, direct, and clinically rich. You will receive support in case conceptualization, clinical skill-building, ethical practice, documentation, countertransference, therapeutic presence, and the development of your own style as a therapist.

You will also receive coaching and support around the business side of private practice, including networking, marketing, client retention, professional identity, and building a sustainable caseload.

Requirements:

Current registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW in California
Availability to see clients part-time, including some evening or weekend availability preferred
Commitment to weekly supervision and team collaboration
Interest in holistic, somatic, trauma-informed, and integrative psychotherapy
Willingness to actively participate in building your caseload
