YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT OKAY HUMANS
- Provide talk therapy for individuals (13 yrs & up) and/or couples, in-person or virtually, using evidence-based psychotherapy (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, etc)
- Commitment to measurement based-care
- Strictly adhere to HIPAA and security regulations to protect guests’ health information
- Create comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation through our streamlined, user-friendly, custom therapist portal
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university or program
- Active CA license (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc) / Active CA pre-license associate registration with ~1,500 hrs (e.g AMFT, ACSW, APCC, etc)
- Strong demonstrated commitment to professional skills including legal and ethical standards
- Training and experience working with couples and/or teens is a plus
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Available to work in person
- Available to work weekends (Saturday) is a plus
