Your Therapy Nook is a boutique child and teen therapy practice in San Jose specializing exclusively in children and adolescents ages 3–17. We are hiring one pre-licensed associate to join our growing team.

This is a W2, paid position providing hours toward licensure.

What makes this role different: Clients are provided — no marketing, no brand building. You show up and do the clinical work. All hours (clinical and non-clinical) are paid at $55/hour. Play therapy training is provided.

The role:

– Weekly individual therapy with children and teens ages 3–17

– Monthly parent coaching sessions built into every case
– Caseload of 15–20 clients, built gradually
– 25–35 hours/week | In-person only | San Jose
– Weekly individual supervision (BBS required)
– 90-day introductory period

Pay & Benefits:

– $55.00/hour — clinical and non-clinical hours
– $72,000–$95,000 annual pay range

Requirements:

– AMFT, ACSW, or APCC in good standing with CA BBS (or graduating soon)
– At least 1 year working with children in any capacity
– Available afternoons, evenings, and one weekend day
–  May not concurrently work at another child/teen private or group practice
