We’re hiring an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our residential mental health teams in Bel Air and Beverly Hills. This role offers meaningful clinical work, strong team collaboration, and a predictable full-time schedule with flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and DSM-5 diagnoses
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Active California AMFT registration
• Residential or higher-acuity mental health experience preferred
• Strong group facilitation and clinical skills
• Professional, compassionate, and organized
