The AMFT position is a rewarding role that will allow you to grow your own private practice in a position that offers a supportive environment with interest in your growth and development as an EMDR therapist, a competitive salary (50/50 fee split for private pay, $45-$65 for insurance, $20 for admin hours) and benefits (advanced EMDR trainings, flexible schedule, ability to work from home, PTO). I am specifically looking for candidates who are already trained in EMDR or are willing to get trained in EMDR within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly supervision.
• Maintain current AMFT license and keep clinical documentation current (done within 48 hours).
• Actively market yourself to maintain referrals (Psychology Today + website).
• Utilize good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Use professional knowledge in the evaluation of individuals and families.
• Maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients per week.

Pay: $45.00 – $100.00 per hour
