Key Requirements
Qualifications:
Proficiency in therapy for diverse populations (individuals, couples, teens, families).
Preferred 2+ years of experience post-graduation with an unrestricted license.
LMFT certification (required).
Registered and in good standing with the BBS.
Professional Competencies:
Commitment to prompt documentation (SOAP notes within 24 hours).
Availability for 15-25 clients per week based on part-time/full-time status.
Ability to provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Strong sense of cultural competency and LGBTQIA+ sensitivity.
Other Requirements:
Proof of liability insurance.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption.
U.S. work eligibility.
Relocation or reliable commute to Walnut Creek, CA.

Responsibilities
Provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.
Complete client documentation, including SOAP notes, within 24 hours.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests within 24 hours.
Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health services.
Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week (part-time) or 25 clients per week (full-time).
Deliver services in a hybrid setting (telehealth and in-office sessions).
Promote cultural competency and LGBTQIA+ sensitivity in all interactions.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in therapeutic practices for diverse populations.
At least two years of post-graduation experience with unrestricted licensure (preferred).
Active LMFT license and registration in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Proof of liability insurance and COVID-19 vaccination/booster or medical exemption.
Strong organizational, punctuality, and professional skills.
A positive attitude, sense of humor, and passion for holistic therapy.
