Heart Wide Open Wellness (Located in Folsom, Ca) is a Holistic Wellness Company who is seeking several pre-licensed registered associates to work in a specialized private practice. Part time to start with potential to build into full time. Referrals are generated through both employer and employee.

Seeking someone highly interested in gaining ongoing training in trauma informed modalities such as:

• CRM, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and/or DBT is highly desired; or a willingness to obtain specialty training prior, during or shortly after start date. Additionally effective and preferred trainings are EFT, Gotttman, ACT, EFT, Gottman, and/or DBT, is highly desired; or a willingness to obtain specialty trained prior, during or shortly after start date (to be planned prior to hire).
• Seeking someone highly interested in gaining ongoing training in trauma informed modalities and someone who is dedicated to doing their own work. We believe it is our responsibility to grow with and alongside our clients too.
• Must be independent, organized, and willing to take on responsibilities that come with private practice: pre-screening, intakes, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, collaborative care, managing financial transactions, etc…

Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist to work part time to start with potential to build into full time. Looking for associates who are wanting to work a minimum of 2 or 3 days a week for 5-8 client hours at a time. In office, walking, and virtual work is available. 20-25 clients a week.

Personal areas of specialization or focus are encouraged and supported in this private practice setting. We support supporting you so that you are able to serve in the ways that are close to your heart

Pay is structured on a tier system associated with number of associate hours accrued and additional certifications.

Interview process is intended to assess fit for both Supervisor and Supervisee.

Start date is flexible for the right associate.
