We’re currently seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who is ready to expand their clinical presence and build a meaningful caseload within a modern, nurturing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy under clinical supervision
• Build and maintain a caseload of at least 15 weekly clients (within 60–90 days)
• Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Attend weekly individual supervision and occasional team meetings
• Participate in your own networking, social media visibility, or other outreach (with support)
• Stay up-to-date with best practices, clinical trainings, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Active AMFT registration in the state of California
• Completed at least 500 + BBS hours
• Eagerness to grow professionally, receive feedback, and engage with a team
• Willingness to market yourself, network, and build visibility (e.g., social media or community outreach)
• Interest or training in modalities such as ACT, IFS, CBT, EFT, or Gottman Method
• Individual professional liability insurance (required)
